Because the demo covers the same ground a refund window normally would, we don't offer refunds once a license key has been activated. If you haven't activated yet, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
We'll happily refund a purchase, activated or not, if: the plugin is faulty and we can't fix it, it was bought by mistake (wrong plugin, duplicate order), or you were charged incorrectly.
